For those looking for a guiding hand but wishing to execute their own event design and styling, we offer a creative session of two hours, either in the relaxed setting of our studio, say over a glass of champagne or cup of earl grey, or via telephone or skype if that’s more convenient to you. In this time we get to know you both a little with a session focussing around Q&As in which we pinpoint your style and define your vision for the day.
We talk over the decisions you have already made (if indeed there are any), and discuss those which need to be addressed. Following our session we’ll put together full ideas and suggestions, delivered to you within a fortnight in the form of a beautifully and carefully collated series of mood and story boards which visually lead you through the design components of your wedding day in every minutest detail, from start to finish. In this way we can capture a cohesive look which effortlessly represents you, bringing your personal story to life.
Together with the mood boards are colour palettes and swatches, and where appropriate sketches and visuals, and a hand-bound document guiding you through each and every element, including places and suppliers where you can source all the particulars mentioned, to ensure you can bring the look to life. Presented in our signature hand-made wooden box, which will become a keepsake for years to come, together with a few items we consider wedding planning essentials - reels of our exquisite silk ribbon, our beautiful note book, together with a box of our absolute favourite Amelia Rope chocolates…
We then hand over this blueprint to guide you through, so as a couple you can bring the inspiration to life.
We also include a 30 minute follow-up telephone conversation where we can talk through any details and where you have the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have.
