We’ll take over the roles of budget supervisor, pa, researcher, personal shopper, stylist, stationery proofreader, and favour and present wrapper. We’ll be your listening ear and your guiding hand, and as we take away the need for endless internet searches, multitude list making, and hours and hours of leg work and sleepless night, we’ll also save you time, alleviate stress and save you money, allowing you to simply enjoy the run up to your wedding day.
So, beginning with a relaxed meeting we’ll get to know you both as a couple - your tastes, dreams and your vision for your wedding day. From there we’ll do the initial venue scouting, carrying out site visits as required and creating a short list of our suggested venues. At the same time we’ll develop a blue print for your day, whether that be an intimate gathering of 10, a wildly romantic elopement for just the two of you, or a lavish three day celebration for hundreds. Talking through the moods, emotions and memories you’re looking to create, we’ll translate these ideas to be the perfect reflection of you, embodying your loves, interests and passions, weaving your character and personality throughout every element and feature of the day.
We’ll refine the look creating a series of detailed mood and story boards covering every visual component of your wedding, accompanied by colour palettes, swatches, layouts and floor plans, and visual mock-ups. Hand selecting and recommending a talented team of suppliers, we’ll communicate the vision ensuring a truly unique, one-of-a-kind event. We’ll navigate family dynamics, tackling the dreaded seating arrangements, advise on etiquette and formalities, whilst also managing schedules, budgets and diaries ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Where food and drink are concerned, we’ll organise food tastings and you can draw on our experience and expertise for anything from drawing up cocktail menus, ensuring a custom bar is stocked with your favourite tipples, attend cake tastings, scour for the perfect antique champagne coupe for the toast, or source fire pits on which to toast marshmallows as the morning draws in (and anything in between…) We can also search our the perfect entertainment to ensure every guest, including the young and old, have the time of their lives, whilst overseeing every detail from block booking hotel rooms to scheduling the timings of shuttle pick-ups and taxis, designing rehearsal dinners or planning brunch the following morning, to ensure we give you and your guests the party of a lifetime, an unforgettable day that friends and family will be raving about for year’s to come.
